The entire living area is laid out with tiles in an Italian style (green / white). In the two bedrooms there is a well-fitting green carpet. Additionally the apartement has a completely equipped kitchen, a morning room and a housekeeping chamber equipped with washing machine and dryer. And " last but NOT least " there are the two patios with a wonderful view over the ocean and the Bays. And if you are lucky, you can watch playing dolphins or Manatees while having breakfast.

There are a lot of possibilities in this estate to enjoy your vacation: playing tennis, relaxing in the jacuzzis, swimming in the pool. Or you can drink cool beverages out of the refrigerator located in the club house. In the club house you will find a completely equipped kitchen and a cinema with 30 seats. And in the evening you can enjoy a cosy, home made BBQ at the pool.

Also anglers and captains will have an exciting time at the small private marina. The fishing pier is equipped with lights, so you can go fishing at night by illuminated water. Tarpons or even sharks, according to a rumor, can be catched.

The marina next door is rentig out boats. This way you can explore the vegetation and the animal world of the bays. Or you can go on an excursion to "Lovers Key" and enjoy the wonderful sandy beach and watch dolphines and manatees playing.
The apartement is located in the B - Building of the estate. This building with two elevators, two stairways and a lobby with a fontain, was completed in 1995.

How to reach this pearl at the gulf of Mexico? From the "Southwest Florida internationally Airport" it is about ½ hour to drive.
